Not Without Your Love

Book Name: Not Without Your Love

Author: Arvind Parashar

Genre: Romantic Fiction

"Not Without Your Love" by Arvind Parashar is a love story of Kabir and Noosh, set in Afghanistan, inspired by a true love story and is based on the theme of hope, love, loss, friendship, war, hatred, and politics. Kabir and Noosh have attended college together in India and has fallen in love with each other, but Noosh is a Persian girl and she had to go back to her hometown Herat, Afghanistan after completing her studies. Kabir has a keen passion for photography and he dreams of being a photojournalist so he cannot accompany Noosh to her hometown, but he promised to come back to her hometown and ask for her hand from her father. After completing his studies, he wanted to get placement in Afghanistan, but somehow he couldn't, so his Professor who is very fond of him helps him to get placed in Afghanistan, but Kabir had to pay a big deal for that. He has to be a spy in Afghanistan.

Language is lucid and narration is fast-paced, which is perfect for beginners. The author has portrayed a war scenario in such a manner that I was instantly able to connect with the characters and their loss. There is one thing which I felt is the lack of coherence in the plot, it's like while reading I felt like a cluster of subplots are just put together randomly.

What's going to be the fate of these lover birds? What cost Kabir had to bear to meet his Love? To know the answer to these questions, you need to read the book first.

Do read and don't forget to share your views in the comment section.
