"The Girl In The Glass Case: Keep Your Girls Safe and Boys Safer" by Devashish Sardana is a mind-blowing psychological thriller. This book is so awesome that I dare you to stop it once you have completed the 1/4th part of the book and the story is in full pace. I was thrilled while reading this story, and the story left me stunned. The story revolves around the theme of the LGBTQ community, childhood trauma, multiple personality disorder.
The story revolves around two serial killers. The first one is the "Doll Maker" who kills little boys dress them up as a girl and leave them after packing them in a glass case. The Second is the "Ripper" who kills transgender cut their testicle and send them as a gift to Detective Hussain. Ripper has killed 40 Transgenders till now, but the body has not been found till now neither police has found any lead in 9 years, what they found is the pair of testicles which is sent by the Ripper as a gift to the police. The Doll Maker case is being followed by Simon and Zoya. Whether they are going to find these two serial killers and the reason behind these kills? To know the answer you need to read the book first.
The language is lucid, beginner-friendly and the narration style is engaging. Talking about the cover and the title, the title in itself is so intriguing that I couldn't stop myself from picking this book up. I am just in love with this psychological thriller. I would recommend this book to all the thriller lovers out there. This book is really amazing and it literally blew my mind.
